About Coralie Hughes Jensen
|
| Coralie
Hughes Jensen first picked up her pen at the age of
eleven, when she chronicled her family’s trip
to Alaska in search of the church her great-grandfather
built during the gold rush. A few summers ago, she
journeyed to western Newfoundland and Labrador to
visit with new Anglican priests who were adjusting
to the isolated lifestyle. Out of the rugged and beautiful
surroundings – and her experiences with its
hardy yet kindhearted residents – this novel
was born. |
|
| A
graduate in English from University of California
at Berkeley and the author of six novels, Coralie
lives with her husband in Massachusetts. |
